« We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. « Just an overnight stay. Arrived hotel around 7pm. check-in was smooth. The location about 1 km away from the main street and in the same building as a Karaoke bar. Unfortunately, my room is closed to the karaoke room and can hear the singing and music until midnight... luckily. Breakfast is average. A bowl of pho is all I took. Overall ok stay considering the price. »

Certainement l’un des plus beaux hôtels au monde!

Que ce soit la localisation, l’héritage historique, le service parfait, une chambre (je vous conseille l’aile héritage) sublime (j’ai pris une suite Metropole), tout est excellent. Le service est juste incroyable tant il est parfait sans être pesant. Bravo!

Très bon accueil et personnel sympathique

Accueil sympathique et professionnel. Conseils sur les activités à faire dans le quartier. Chambre très propre. Pas de fenêtre mais au moins pas de bruit de la rue. Petite piscine en rooftop avec personnel qui fournit les serviettes. Hôtel très bien situé entre train Lane et le vieux quartier.

Probleme sur la réservation (absence de fenêtre vers extérieur) résolu avec la manager de l’hôtel et surclassement à moindre coût (8€) Personnel au petit soin petit déjeuner pas testé Rooftop très agréable en soirée

Excellent hôtel avec une équipe formidable « aux petits soins », très central dans le vieux centre et restaurant de grande qualité Attention tout de même à éviter certaines chambres sans véritable fenêtre, prenez une vue lac, vous serez comblés !
